'FAST TRACK' WORKSHOPS FOR 2013
18th January 2013
My workshops for 2013 are for those of you who want to learn more about photography but don't want to waste precious time learning a topic from A to Z. My new workshops enable you to get involved and start learning at a point that matches your own skill level.
The purpose of these 'Fast Track'® Workshops is to get you up and running as quickly as possible at whatever aspect of photography you are interested in. There are no heavy notes to wade through, no tests involved or wasting precious time with things you may already know.
There are many courses and workshops around which cover taking pictures on location, nothing wrong with that of course!. What I have tried to address in my 'Fast Track' workshops is the question, what happens next? You get home and upload your latest images to your computer and are then faced with processing them in some way to get the best possible finished image. You may want to print and frame them, make your own portfolio, or use them on social media or a website.
The workshops cover: Understanding your camera - buttons, dials, menus and more • Composition and design in photography • Get creative with off-camera flash • Basic Photoshop and Lightroom 3 • Learn advanced digital image processing •
The workshops are suitable for complete beginners through to the advanced photographer.
